What is a Caregiver?

A caregiver is any person that provides care to another person. There is a common misconception on what a caregiver does. A person does not have to bathe, do housekeeping or medication reminders to be a caregiver. A caregiver is anyone that provides love to another person whether that is through phone calls or visits. There are various stages of caregiving and to be successful the first step is recognizing what level of care you are providing. Feel free to call the Caregiver Center if you have any questions on “What is a Caregiver”
